This website is operated on behalf of Buzzeasy, a company registered in Hungary.

Buzzeasy and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Buzzeasy”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provide this Site subject to this Privacy Policy. By accessing and using the Site, you accept and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.

Information Collected

To the extent permissible under applicable law, we may collect and process personal data about you in the following circumstances:

  • when you complete forms on this Site. This includes your name, email address, contact telephone number which is provided at the time of registering to use our Site, subscribing to our services, requesting further services;
  • whenever you provide information to us when reporting a problem with our Site, making a complaint, making an enquiry or contacting us for any other reason. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence;

Cookies

A cookie is a small file your browser stores on the hard drive of your computer on our behalf, pending your approval. You can refuse our cookies by configuring your browser accordingly. 

We use analytics cookies by Google Inc. These allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the website. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.

We also use “pixel” cookies that collects data about visitors to our site and what they look at. We use these cookies to improve the relevance of our marketing communications to you. The pixels we use are supplied to us by Jumplead ltd. Facebook Inc. and AdRoll Inc. These pixels only use anonymised data.

If you invite us to provide information about our goods/services, we may collect your name, email address, contact telephone number and address for the purposes of providing you with information about our goods and services or offers.

You have the right to opt-out of receiving the above marketing information at any time. To opt-out of receiving such information you can:

  • tick the relevant box situated in the form on which we collect your information;
  • clicking the unsubscribe button contained in any such communication received;
  • email us at our data protection address (see bottom) providing us with your name and contact details.

Sharing Your Informtion with Third Parties

We may disclose your information to third parties for the following legitimate interests:

  • to staff members, suppliers, contractors and logistics firms in order to facilitate the provision of goods, services or product information to you;
  • to our affiliated entities to support internal administration;
  • IT services providers that host our website and store data on our behalf; and
  • to a prospective buyer of some or all of our business or assets, in which case personal data will also be one of the transferred assets.

We may disclose Your Information to the police, regulatory bodies, legal advisors or similar third parties where we are under a legal duty to disclose or share personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our website terms and conditions and other agreements; or to protect our rights, property, or safety of our customers, or others. We will not sell or distribute Your Information to other organisations without your approval.

In certain circumstances we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee to comply with your request.

  • remove your personal data from our database entirely;

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at any time, and any changes we make to our privacy policy will be posted on this page.
