Driven by 25 years of industry experience, Viktor founded Geomant in 2000 with Ákos Vécsei, blending corporate structure with the entrepreneurial mindset.
After several successful years as the Business Development Manager, the Geomant Group d.o.o. Board of Directors requested Viktor to lead the Buzzeasy Business Unit in January of 2021. Viktor’s enthusiastic leadership and management style, coupled with his significant customer service and sales experience, makes him the ideal fit for guiding Buzzeasy through this exciting period of growth.
With a PhD in Physics, a Masters in Business Administration, and 20 years of experience in customer service and software development, Gustavo’s experience speaks for itself. At Geomant, Gustavo served as the Product Development Director, where he led the AI Practice until his recent appointment to Buzzeasy Product Manager.
Gustavo’s continuous drive to harmonize customer requests with market trends, enthusiasm for innovative methodologies, and extensive industry knowledge has garnered unmatched respect from our vendors, including Avaya and Microsoft, our partners, our customers, and the Buzzeasy development team.
With over 20 years of far-reaching Project Management and Delivery Management experience, Gabriel’s passion for cultivating satisfied customers has only grown. As the Cloud Operations Manager for Buzzeasy, Gabriel gets to put his passion into practice daily. Under his leadership, Buzzeasy is able to maintain strong, consistent customer satisfaction across the entire user journey, starting with initial onboarding and continuing with every daily use.
Prior to joining Buzzeasy, Gabriel worked for Geomant as their Customer Success Manager for the Wallboard Product Line, where he managed a diverse project portfolio to meet corporate goals and financial objectives.
